La PARIS Brasserie is a brand new French brasserie to open its doors in Parramatta. This is a second brasserie from the flagship 1947 Brasserie located in beautiful, green space suburb of Rozelle. Drawing inspiration from local Australian produce as well as the wonderful surrounding locale, La PARIS Brasserie has created a delightful seasonal menu reflecting upon his interpretation of contemporary French cuisine.
